| Description |
This building is completely underground and houses the workshops for the maintenance and repair of the rolling stock. It has two tracks, one of which is over 20 meters long. The park’s lavatories as well as the municipal public conveniences are installed here.

Modified replica of the «Belle Usine« power station. The roof construction corresponds to the original. The steam driven generators inside supply the current used by the Riddes-Isérables cable car.

| Description |
Signal box 1 was designed according to the signal boxes of the 1940s. This reproduction is no longer in operation. It was modelled on the tower from which one could see the entrance to the station and from which all the points were set. |

The Ste-Flemme Depot |
| Description |
This 22 meter long underground depot is where the covered carriages and trains are parked. It owes its name to the inspiration of one of the station masters who disliked, or was just too lazy to cross the whole park on rainy days to fetch a covered train. (flemme = laziness). Thanks to him the decision was taken to build a subterranean depot as near as possible to the main station and it was named «Flemme». |

Engine-Roundhouse |
| Description |
The engine-roundhouse was built on the lines of a Märklin model scaled 1:87. It houses the steam engines that circulate daily in the park. The roundhouse has 8 holding tracks and two external, lateral tracks for maintenance. |

Accurate reproduction of the Church of Saanen in the Bernese Oberland (Gstaad region). Compared to the original, the spire is inversed by 180 degrees. The interior with its imitation frescoes reflects the atmosphere of the actual church in Saanen. The interior is adapted to visitor's needs. |

«De la Prairie» Depot |
| Description |
Initially this depot was equipped with eight tracks and a transporter bridge. When the «La Marina» Residences were built, this area with its open-air depot had to be given up. It was replaced by a tunnel yard with three 30 meter tracks where train compositions can be coupled to their engines. |
